It can be found in ground where talc is mined. The main allegation in talc lawsuits is this: talc products were contaminated with asbestos fibers. The lawsuits say people were exposed to those fibers through ordinary use.<\/p>\n<p>These are allegations. Plaintiffs and their lawyers made them in court filings. A court has not made findings on them.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.org\/content\/dam\/cancer-org\/cancer-control\/en\/booklets-flyers\/ovarian-cancer-fact-sheet.pdf\">American Cancer Society<\/a> says possible asbestos contamination of talc-containing products is a major concern. Comparative fault means each person&#8217;s share of blame is counted. The clock does not start until the exposed person discovers, or should have discovered, that he or she is physically impaired by an asbestos-related condition.<\/p>\n<p>Families who have lost a loved one may bring a wrongful-death action.
