Is a Liability Waiver Legal in Florida?<\/h2>\n

Yes, liability waivers are generally legal in Florida. However, they are not absolute shields from liability. Florida Statute \u00a7 768<\/a>.81 governs assumption of risk and liability waivers, and courts enforce waivers only when they are clear, specific, and knowingly signed.<\/p>\n
